Choose a box that is sturdy and will fit the number of instruments you are sending.

Be sure to provide appropriate packaging material to protect your instruments and to keep them from tossing around during transit.

All instruments must be in packages and sterilized before sending for sharpening. 

Be sure to have filled out the above "SHIPPING FORM" before sending your instruments so we know what to expect.

Should you wish to "print" your shipping form for your records or send it with your instruments, just use the shortcut keys on your keyboard. (Example: For Apple, press and hold "command - P".)
