Choose a box that is sturdy and will fit the number of instruments you are sending.

PLEASE BE SURE TO INCLUDE A BUSINESS CARD OF THE OFFICE WITH CONTACT NUMBER AND NAME.

Be sure to provide appropriate packaging material to protect your instruments and to keep them from tossing around during transit.

All instruments must be in packages and sterilized before sending for sharpening. 

Be sure to have filled out the above "CONTACT FORM" before sending your instruments so we know what to expect and what your wishes are.

Should you wish to "print" your contact form for your records or send it with your instruments, just use the shortcut keys on your keyboard. (Example: For Apple, press and hold "command - P".)
